Deicing Property of Asphalt Mixture Containing Steel Wool Fiber by Electromagnetic Induction Heating

Snow and ice is one of the main problems affecting road safety in winter. In order to effectively remove snow covering pavement, deicing property asphalt mixture pavement containing steel wool fiber was introduced investigated by electromagnetic induction heating. Based on mechanism Faraday’s law Joule’s law, influences factors efficiency, including length content fiber, thickness, output current ambient temperature were analyzed. Meanwhile, grey correlation entropy analysis t-test between average rate various influencing explored. BP neural network prediction models predicting change laws under different established. The results indicate that adding increases with increase fiber. influence degree each factor for as follows: content, length, current, thickness. has high accuracy better simulation results. It significance apply technology “electromagnetic heating & fiber” efficient pavement.
